Facilitated with the WRC marketing team, an intergenerational focus group and external brand experts, innovative market research, including core qualitative and quantitative data through examining the brand personality in terms of anthropomorphism.  This research (ongoing) assisted Women’s Resource Center, which was in the process of merging two counties organizationally into one, to streamline their messaging, fine tune their image and create not only effective storytelling and brand messaging, but to create a consistent culture of serving clients, volunteers, donors and ultimately, the communities.
