Collaborated with the Women’s Resource Center’s executive staff, an intergenerational focus group and external brand experts to reevaluate the WRC brand and the brand characteristics.  This research (ongoing) assisted Women’s Resource Center, which was in the process of merging two counties organizationally into one, to streamline their messaging, fine tune image aspects and create not only effective storytelling and brand messaging, but to create a consistent culture of serving clients, volunteers, donors and ultimately, the communities.
